Headquartered in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province — renowned as the "Capital of New Energy Vehicles" — the company occupies 23 acres of land with assets totaling RMB 90 million. Zlingcar is a technology-driven enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service, specializing in on-site special-purpose vehicles including sightseeing vehicles, golf carts, and mobility vehicles.

The company holds a Special Equipment Production License and Quality Management System Certification, and has been honored with multiple industry recognitions, including JD Auto Annual Outstanding Supplier, China Sightseeing Vehicle Industry Key Recommended Product, and China Sightseeing Vehicle Industry Advanced After-Sales Service Unit. Zlingcar also served as an official supplier for the 19th Asian Games and the 4th Asian Paralympic Games. The brand founder, formerly with the sightseeing vehicle division of Liuzhou Wuling Industry — a leading domestic brand — brings nearly two decades of deep expertise in R&D, design, manufacturing, sales, and service of sightseeing vehicles, establishing solid technical capabilities and market reputation.
